Connecting generations.
Preserving stories.

Reilly Maier of Timeless Treasures Nyack listens as a lifelong learner shares a family photograph.

Our Story

Timeless Treasures began in 2025 with a $500 Jim Evers Memorial Grant for Intergenerational Projects awarded to Nyack High School student Reilly Maier. With guidance from Ms. Vandermaas and support from Nyack Library, Reilly and a team of student volunteers created a program that brings teens and local lifelong learners together. Students serve as interviewers, filmmakers, editors, and event hosts—building friendships while preserving the memories and voices of our community.

Watch Our Films

Explore the individual documentaries and annual compilation films created by our student teams. Together, they preserve the memories, experiences, and voices of Nyack’s lifelong learners—and celebrate the connections formed across generations.

Get Involved

Whether you’re a student ready to listen, a lifelong learner with a story to share, or an educator, volunteer, or community partner who wants to help bring generations together, we’d love to hear from you.
